September '22 Newsletter
My trees don't look like this yet. I'll be able to wear my fall boots and sweaters soon, right?!
While we wait for that to happen, check out what's coming up at the Chamber!
News & Events
We invite you to attend our October 2022 Monthly Luncheon on Thursday, October 6th. This is our quarterly speed networking luncheon and is a local favorite!
A speed networking event is a structured opportunity to meet other local business professionals just like yourself. Each participant is allotted a period of time to introduce him/herself. When each participant at a table has had a chance to speak, we will rearrange table participants and start over.
Bring your business cards and be prepared to meet new people and reconnect with those you already know.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $15 charge for all attendees, and a buffet style lunch will be provided.
And don't forget to drop a business card into the drawing for a chance to win a door prize! We look forward to seeing you there!
City-County Employee Appreciation Cookout
Thursday, October 13th, the Chamber board is hosting a City-County Employee Appreciation Cookout. We will be providing a cookout-style lunch for all Collinsville City and Tulsa County Employees to show our appreciation for all they do for our city and county.
If you would like to sponsor this event to support our city and county workers, you can go to our sponsorship page or contact Lyn at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The City of Collinsville is preparing to update its city-wide comprehensive plan, which will guide the future of our community. Don't miss your chance to be involved! You can attend the Public Kick-Off Meeting on Tuesday, September 27th, 6pm-8pm, at the Collinsville Veterans Building, or you can also share your thoughts by going to tinyurl.com/collinsvilleplan.
Arubah Community Clinic is hosting its annual Healthy Laughs, Healthy Lives benefit on Saturday, October 1st, at 6pm, located at the Tulsa Technology Center in Owasso. You can register to attend this fun night out HERE.
The City of Collinsville is hosting National Night Out, a designated evening where communities across America come together to take a stand against crime and drugs while building a relationship between the community and police.
Located at the Collinsville City Park on Tuesday, October 11th, at 6pm. There will be free food, games and entertainment as we affirm our conviction against crime through this invaluable relationship building between your local police departments, county organizations, fire departments and fellow community members.
