CARES Act non taxable student loan assistance Did you know that you can provide student loan assistance for your employees this year? You may provide a non taxable payment up to $5,250 of student loan repayment assistance to your employees this year. This will provide federal tax savings for both the employer and employee. Be sure to contact your accountant to take advantage of this benefit! Membership Meeting We would love to thank Dr. Kathy Campbell from Medicap Pharmacy for her wonderful presentation 'Danger in the Break room'. This was a super informative presentation on how to create healthier habits. She also went over excellent suggestions for employers on providing alternative snack options, alternate employee meal ideas (pot luck salad bar!), allowing employees to hold strategic meetings over corn hole, and much more! It was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about how diet and exercise can help lower our need for medications.
